The Central Ohio area has numerous school backpack giveaways, but nothing for basic hygiene needs for our students. In 2023 God's Hygiene Help Center is organizing a SCHOOL HYGIENE BOXES DONATION DRIVE to help encourage students to attend school. Hygiene for students change lives for juvenile truancy, school attendance and improving grades, decreasing bullying, increasing a child’s sense of dignity and pride and so, so much more! GHHC is sponsoring BECAUSE SCHOOL WITH HYGIENE MATTERS and will not be having a backpack giveaway in 2023.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are collecting basic hygiene supplies to put into area schools. The list of the supplies we are collecting are on the flyer below. You may buy the supplies and deliver to us.
The School Hygiene Boxes 2023 event is one focus project of God’s Hygiene Help Center whose mission is “providing dignity and hope through hygiene to those in need with the compassion of Jesus.” We offer Christian literature, pastoral care and prayer to all people who come to our event. We care about our neighbors and want them to know that someone cares. Won’t you join us in helping our neighbors feel loved and our students stay in school?
Of course, we are also collecting monetary donations. $10 can provide hygiene for one student in a school in need. $250 could provide hygiene for an entire School Hygiene Box.

In August 2022 God's Hygiene held its 8th annual backpack giveaway. We were able to give away 500 backpacks in the Linden community and at 3 other Columbus Community Centers. Because there are so many other school supplies and backpack giveaways in the Columbus area, in 2023 GHHC will keep our focus on providing hygiene and other dignity items for our community. God's Hygiene will support our neighborhood schools with School Dignity Boxes throughout the school year.

SCHOOL HYGIENE BOXES
We provide basic hygiene of soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, underpants, pull-ups, and some other items to several schools located in the Linden area. Please send any new requests to communications@godshygiene.org. Include your school name, address, principal, email addresses, phone number, need for items. quantity desired. Our staff can then discuss and determine if we can fulfill your school's request.
